Fairly large & tidy hotel, its location is great right by Town Centre for Restaurants, Ashberry and penrith town, lakes and surrounding area. The staff is very good, as well as host.

What a pleasant staff!

I had a lovely stay at this venue during my nine-day road trip; the double room was stylish, had a powerful hot shower, and offered great value compared to other choices.

Lovely breakfast, a nice size room.

Altogether it was great value though.

We stayed in a handicap accessible double room and really liked it.

I spent four excellent days at this central hotel and would definitely stay here again, as we enjoyed the comforts of the fashionable king room with great design.

The rooms here are en suite, airy, and nicely decorated, featuring a hot and powerful shower as well as a beautifully appointed double bedroom downstairs with mobility needs.

This place is so clean and quite spacious, and the staff here are super friendly! 😊

My stay at Ashberry Guest House was very positive, especially over the weekend. The restaurant served great evening meals, and I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes. The staff, including the host, were nice and pleasant. The location was marvelous, being relatively near Lacy's Caves, and the area had a local feel. I had an enjoyable overall experience at the guest house.

The unit is impeccably clean, beautifully designed with great decor, and located close to the station, making it unbeatable and magnificent.

This place is well-presented with friendly staff and conveniently located near pubs and restaurants.
